IWGS

The IWGS is the largest international symposium that covers the latest developments in wheat genetics, genomics, and their application to crop improvement.

Advances in understanding an even a highly complex genome, such as the 17 Gbp large allohexaploid wheat genome are almost breathtaking. More than 540 attendees from 46 nations discussed the current status of wheat genetics and genomics in Tulln, Austria.
